We take a look back to the spring with our 2025 Health and Wellbeing Day - an annual event encouraging health and wellbeing service use and raising awareness within the local community.

An ICM team of Staff, Volunteers and Trustees are set to take on the Orwell Challenge this month to raise vital funds for ICM. Walking a combined total of over 50 miles around the Orwell river, the ICM team are hoping to raise £200 from sponsorship for their efforts.
