At ICM, we offer a range of bright, welcoming spaces available to hire for a variety of activities. Whether you're looking for a relaxed setting to host a private meeting, a spacious area with natural light for a photoshoot, a tranquil environment for a yoga session, or an inspiring space for a team-building event, we have a room to suit your needs.
Our versatile rooms can accommodate a wide range of private functions, including corporate away days, creative workshops, and networking events. We provide a comfortable and inviting setting to ensure your event runs seamlessly and the best bit? We have air conditioning in each space. Perfect for those rare but glorious hot summer days.
Facilities & Amenities:
We have a kitchen with tea making facilities and breakout area on the first floor, perfect for simple catering needs or taking a break during your event. On the second floor, there is a kitchenette area with tea and coffee-making facilities, providing a convenient space for refreshments.
ICM is perfectly located in the heart of the town centre, making it easily accessible. There are plenty of local parking options nearby, including Crown Car Park and Spiral Car Park near Museum Street, Ipswich. Additionally, there is a bus stop right outside, ensuring convenient public transport access for visitors.
Want to host a hybrid meeting or event? We also have an OWL available to hire. This 360° video conferencing camera integrates with the platforms you're already using, and includes all participants equally to facilitate natural collaboration.

ACCESSIBILITY
Office:
Our office is located on the second floor, up two flights of stairs. There is an intercom system located in the ground floor entrance hall you can use when you arrive.
Rooms:
Our rooms for hire are located on the first and second floors.
Toilets:
We have two single stall gender neutral bathrooms - one on the stairwell between the ground and first floor and the second on the second floor.
Sensory & Environmental Information:
For those who may have sensory sensitivities or neurodiverse needs, all our walls are a soft magnolia shade, creating a neutral and calming atmosphere. The spaces are generally quiet, though this can depend on the time of day and other bookings in the building. If you’d like to discuss specific environmental factors, such as lighting or noise levels, our team will be happy to provide further details to help you plan your visit.
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are always welcome in our spaces.

The closest bus stops are Museum Street Stands 1, 2, and 3 all of which are less than a minute's walk away.

We have no visitor parking spaces at our premises, the closest public car parks are Crown Car Park and Spiral Car Park. All of which are approximately 4 minute walk away.
