ON TRACK

AN ALTERNATIVE PROVISION WITH ICM

A NEW KIND OF LEARNING SPACE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE WHO'VE BEEN EXCLUDED, MISUNDERSTOOD OR LEFT BEHIND, WHERE MUSIC, MEDIA AND CREATIVITY BECOME YOUR TOOLKIT FOR LIFE.

School not working out? We get it. That’s why we’ve created On Track – a bold, creative programme for young people who want to learn differently.

No boring classrooms. No endless homework. No punishments.

Instead, you’ll find:

  • Music, media, art and culture – hands-on learning that speaks your language

  • Real mentoring and support – from people who understand, not just teachers

  • A place where you can be yourself, build confidence, and feel part of something

YOUR FUTURE.
YOUR WAY.

STARTING 1ST SEPTEMBER 2025

We run Monday to Thursday at our South Street studio space, home to a cutting-edge Apple media suite, podcasting and music studios, and even a live music venue.

We’re connected with local gigs, record labels, and festivals, professional musicians, opening up real pathways and opportunities for the future.

This isn’t just an alternative to school – it’s a place to:

  • Discover your talents

  • Make music, create media, and express yourself

  • Build friendships and boost your confidence

  • Work towards recognised qualifications while doing something you actually enjoy

At ICM, we’ve spent years supporting young people to thrive.

On Track is your chance to take a new path, one that’s creative, supportive, and built around you.
