It’s International Women’s Day. A day to celebrate the incredible women around us, from the ones making history to the ones making our everyday lives better. And let’s be honest, where would we be without them?
IWD 2025 campaign theme is 'Accelerate Action'
Collectively, we can Accelerate Action for gender equality.
Step forward in solidarity for International Women's Day (IWD) 2025 on March 8 to help #AccelerateAction.
At the current rate of progress, it will take until 2158, which is roughly five generations from now, to reach full gender parity, according to data from the World Economic Forum.
Focusing on the need to Accelerate Action emphasises the importance of taking swift and decisive steps to achieve gender equality. It calls for increased momentum and urgency in addressing the systemic barriers and biases that women face, both in personal and professional spheres.
Meet the phenomenal women of ICM, community champions, multitasking pros, and all-around powerhouses.
Celebrating the incredible women of ICM this International Women's Day. Strong, skilled, and unstoppable, thank you for all that you do.

And here's some of the brilliant ICM women strong, fearless, and courageous:

Selma, Anjali and Nikki - empowered women, empowering the world...

Prachi, Elizangela (affectionally known as Li) and Banhimitra showing strength, unity, and action.
Day in and day out, the women of ICM support our community with endless dedication, kindness, and a sense of humour that keeps us all going. Whether they’re organising, problem-solving, lending a listening ear, or making magic happen behind the scenes, they do it all, and somehow make it look effortless.
They juggle tasks like pros, bring fresh ideas to the table, and make ICM the warm, welcoming, and impactful place it is. Today, we celebrate their hard work, their resilience, and their unwavering commitment to lifting others up.
Despite the challenges, women continue to lead, create, and inspire, and we think that’s worth celebrating.
International Women’s Day isn’t just about a pat on the back, it’s about acknowledging the barriers that still exist and pushing for a world where talent, passion, and hard work are what matter.
So, whether it’s a teammate, a friend, a mentor, or someone who inspires you, take a moment today to appreciate them.
To the brilliant women in our team (and everywhere): we see you, we celebrate you, and we’re so grateful for all that you do.
Keep breaking barriers, keep shining, and happy International Women’s Day!
