This year’s awards ceremony will be held on Thursday 29th June at Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich IP1 2BX (6:30 pm – 9:00 pm).
The Suffolk Adult Learners' Awards is an opportunity to recognize individuals who have transformed their lives and the lives of their families, friends, communities, and workplaces through learning. Nominees may have acquired new skills for personal or professional development, achieved something they never thought was possible or positively transformed their lives and the lives of those around them.
This year, we have submitted numerous nominations, each highlighting the remarkable efforts of our dedicated learners and our teaching team. Among these outstanding individuals is Linda Vines, our Lead ESOL Tutor and Co-Founder.
With an impressive tenure of approximately 25 years in the field, Linda has been an integral part of our organisation since its inception in 2015. Her passion for teaching and commitment to empowering others is truly commendable.
When she's not transforming lives through education, Linda enjoys indulging in her hobbies. Long walks, music, and, above all, her love for reading—her collection of books could rival that of a bookshop!
